Introduction

Welcome to CodeFlicker! These Terms of Service (the "Agreement") constitute a legal agreement between you (the "User") and Beijing Kuaishou Technology Co., Ltd. ("Kuaishou" or "we") regarding your use of CodeFlicker services.

Please read and fully understand all terms of this Agreement before using CodeFlicker. If you do not agree with any terms of this Agreement, please stop using CodeFlicker services immediately.

By registering, downloading, installing, or otherwise using CodeFlicker, you indicate that you have fully understood and agree to accept all terms of this Agreement.

1. Service Description

1.1 Service Content

CodeFlicker is an AI-native programming tool that provides the following core features:

• Jam Mode: Immersive programming experience
• Duet Mode: Deep human-AI collaborative development
• AI Agent: Autonomous development task completion
• Smart Code Completion: AI-based code suggestions and completion
• Project Preview & Debugging: Real-time preview and debugging features
• MCP Protocol Integration: Extended integration of third-party tools and services
• Figma to Code: Rapid conversion of design drafts to code
• Multi-AI Model Support: Integration of Kuaiyi Large Model 3.0, Claude Sonnet 4/4.5, Gemini 2.5 Pro

1.2 Service Changes

We reserve the right to modify, upgrade, suspend, or terminate some or all services at any time. We will notify users in advance of significant changes.

1.3 Beta Testing

CodeFlicker is currently in Beta testing phase, and the service may be unstable or have incomplete features. We do not guarantee continuous availability of the service and are not responsible for any losses caused by using the Beta version.

2. Account Registration and Use

2.1 Registration Eligibility

You must be at least 14 years old to register and use CodeFlicker. Minors aged 14-18 must use this service with guardian consent.

2.2 Account Security

• You should properly protect your account information and may not transfer or lend your account to others
• You are responsible for all activities through your account
• If you discover unauthorized use of your account, notify us immediately
• You bear responsibility for account security issues caused by your negligence

2.3 Accurate Information

You should provide accurate, complete registration information. If information changes, you should update it promptly.

3. User Conduct Standards

When using CodeFlicker, you may not:

• Upload or publish content that violates laws and regulations
• Infringe on others' intellectual property, trade secrets, or other legitimate rights
• Use the service for any illegal activities or fraud
• Interfere with or disrupt normal operation of the service or other users' experience
• Attempt unauthorized access to systems, accounts, or data
• Use automated tools, crawlers, or bots to access the service (unless explicitly authorized)
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code
• Remove, circumvent, or modify any security measures or technical protections
• Use the service to develop competing products or services
• Register accounts in bulk or abuse service resources

4. Intellectual Property

4.1 CodeFlicker's Intellectual Property

All content of CodeFlicker (including but not limited to software, code, text, images, trademarks, logos, interface design, etc.) is owned by Kuaishou or relevant rights holders and is protected by Chinese and international copyright laws and other intellectual property laws.

4.2 User Content Rights

You retain all rights to code and content created, edited, or uploaded through CodeFlicker ("User Content"). However, to provide and improve services, you grant us the following limited license:

• Use your code for AI model training and improvement (using only anonymized and de-identified data)
• Store, process, and transmit your content to the extent necessary to provide services
• Conduct technical analysis and performance optimization

4.3 AI-Generated Content

You own code suggestions and content generated through CodeFlicker AI features, but you understand and agree that this content may be similar to other users' content. We recommend appropriate review and testing before use.

5. Privacy Protection

We take your privacy protection very seriously. For information on how we collect, use, store, and protect your personal information, please review our Privacy Policy.

The Privacy Policy is an important part of this Agreement and has the same legal effect as this Agreement.

6. Free and Paid Services

6.1 Current Policy

CodeFlicker is currently provided free of charge during the Beta testing period. We reserve the right to introduce paid features or subscription plans in the future.

6.2 Billing Changes

If we introduce paid services, we will notify you at least 30 days in advance and give you the opportunity to choose whether to continue using the service.

7. Disclaimer

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• CodeFlicker is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without any express or implied warranties
• We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free
• We are not responsible for the accuracy, completeness, reliability, or applicability of AI-generated code
• You should review, test, and verify AI-generated code yourself
• We are not responsible for any losses caused by using code generated by CodeFlicker
• We are not responsible for service interruptions caused by force majeure, hacker attacks, system failures, etc.
• We are not responsible for service abnormalities caused by third-party services (such as Claude, Gemini)

8. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Kuaishou and its affiliates, directors, employees, or agents be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages
• Loss of profits, data loss, loss of goodwill
• Any damages arising from use or inability to use the service

Even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages, our total liability shall not exceed the fees you paid to us in the past 12 months (if any).

9. Service Termination

9.1 Your Right to Terminate

You may stop using CodeFlicker and delete your account at any time. Before deleting your account, please download and back up your important data.

9.2 Our Right to Terminate

In the following circumstances, we have the right to suspend or terminate your account:

• Violation of this Agreement or relevant laws and regulations
• Engaging in fraud, abuse, or illegal activities
• Long-term non-use of account (over 12 months)
• Need to terminate service for security or technical reasons

10. Agreement Changes

We may update this Agreement from time to time. For significant changes, we will notify you via email, website announcements, or other appropriate means.

If you do not agree with the updated Agreement, you should stop using CodeFlicker immediately. Continued use of the service indicates your acceptance of the updated Agreement.

11. Dispute Resolution

11.1 Applicable Law

The conclusion, execution, interpretation, and dispute resolution of this Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China.

11.2 Dispute Handling

In the event of any dispute regarding the content or execution of this Agreement, the parties shall resolve it through friendly negotiation. If negotiation fails, either party may file a lawsuit in the people's court with jurisdiction over Kuaishou's location.

12. Other Terms

12.1 Entire Agreement

This Agreement (including the Privacy Policy) constitutes the entire agreement between you and Kuaishou regarding CodeFlicker services, superseding any prior oral or written agreements.

12.2 Severability

If any provision of this Agreement is deemed invalid or unenforceable, that provision will be modified or deleted to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will remain valid.

12.3 No Waiver

Our failure to exercise or delay in exercising any right under this Agreement does not constitute a waiver of that right.
